Champagne Boizel’s vineyard is renewing!
As part of the renewal of our vineyard, one of our plots in Mesnil-sur-Oger has recently been replanted with Chardonnay after being left uncultivated for more than a year. Although young at the moment, these brand new Chardonnay plants will gradually grow into vigorous vines in harmony with the standards of the high environmental value certification (HEV 3).
The maintenance, expansion and rotation of our vines is both a guarantee of our House’s durability and quality of our wines, and is a key element in our quest for excellent and environmentally-friendly champagnes.
