Tasting

The robe, very bright, is pure pink, refined, enriched with yellow and copper reflections. The effervescence is present with fine and vivid bubbles.

The nose evokes rose petals and a compote of ripe and sweet fruits (peach, mirabelle, fig). Aromas of almond and dried fruit appear gradually.

The palate is fresh and sweet. It combines spices like cinnamon, pink pepper, candied citrus (orange) and slightly smoky touches. The flavours are very subtle. The wine’s beautiful structure is confirmed, with slightly tannic and chalky notes.

The long and very fine finish is supported by a tonic freshness.
