Vinification

The Rosé Absolu blend is dominated by Pinot Noir, chosen for its character and finesse. The Chardonnay gives it refined elegance, and the Meunier, a magnificent fruit-driven fullness.

Its beautiful colour and aromas of red fruit are obtained by adding a small quantity of red Champagne wine during blending. This red wine, made from Pinot Noir grapes, is produced in Cumières and Les Riceys, in the heart of Champagne’s greatest red wine terroirs.

Tasting

The colour is pale pink with golden, coppery glints. The very fine, light bubbles form a lively ring.

The fine, subtle nose, offers delicate, fruity flavours of red fruit (wild strawberry, cherry).

On the palate, the wine is satin-smooth and deliciously fresh. It is generous, wellstructured and round. The refined aromas of fruit (raspberry) gradually grow more intense, and blend perfectly with citrus notes against a slightly spicy and mineral background. The elegant finish has great length.
